We offer a variety of activities, and experiences based on the emerging skills and interests of children. When placed in a carefully planned environment, children learn to explore, differentiate, make choices, and understand more complex concepts. Viewing children as competent and capable, we encourage the development of independence, resilience and self-help skills. We have designed a program that selects the best methods and approaches form the various styles of early childhood education (Play-Based, Raggio, Playway, and Montessori) combining them into our SMART program that stimulates minds and realizes talents.

By integrating both environments, the program allows children to explore their creativity and problem-solving skills indoors, while also engaging in physical play and social interactions outdoors. Outdoor activities, on the other hand, such as games, sports, and nature exploration, enhance gross motor skills, teamwork, and an appreciation for the natural world. This combination not only keeps children engaged and active but also provides a holistic approach to learning and growth, ensuring that they have opportunities to thrive in varied environments.

We believe that relationships are the foundation of teaching and learning. Strong relationships guide our understanding of how to best support each child in their social and emotional development. Through encouraging and scaffolding language and communication development, the SMART team guides children to recognize, name, and express their feelings, needs, and emotions. We model and practice problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication skills with the children, and hold space for them to practice self-regulation skills and strategies.
